Friendly service technicians. Video walk through of inspection was nice and transparent. Upon check out though the price for the job was $700 more than quoted. That’s a big miss. They did fix it, but anytime I see this it makes me wonder about their attention to detail on the business side of things.

Dahl ford was very great to work with and follow through with Lincoln regarding the issue of my 2020 Lincoln nautilus. They were kind and patient with me and did great job at helping me out to get help from Lincoln to help support the issue they have with the torque converter problem they have going on. It to sometime to get the part but when they received it went right at it and took great care of getting it finished. Just got car back seems to be running well.

A very pleasing and first class service. From the the introduction, showing the vehicle, knowledge of the vehicle, its history, to the negotiating and closing. Even afterwards a weak letter, Dahl Ford has made the purchasing of a new family vehicle a pleasant experience and I would buy from them again without hesitation. I have yet to experience maintenance with their team, but I’m hopeful it will be just as pleasant. Keep it up!

They took good care of me and the price was very fair compared to all the work they did. The only thing is they said it would be detailed. When we got it back, it wasn't. Thats ok because I wasn't charged for the detail.

Kayla was absolutely wonderful, as always. She is very thorough and helpful, and always has a smile on her face. She is never pushy with services and is always honest with what my car truly needs. From observing I feel like she was running the front desk even though there was another person there, she answered almost every phone call and checked most everyone in during the time I was there. Br ian was sure to help and explain everything. Was nice that he sat in the vehicle and showed us a few things about it.
