Service was good. I have a bad wiper in the back of my car I asked about replacement cost. I thought the price was too high so I said I will go to a auto parts store and get one. They did not apply any pressure to change my mind. The wiper was shown on the final report and servic person noted my decision.

Sales staff was very helpful and accommodating. First time buying a 'used' car so was apprehensive. But sale was very smooth. HOWEVER, bought the car on Monday...engine light went on Tuesday. Called and it was suggested I go to a actual Buick dealer. When I protested that I bought the car from them...they emailed a 7:30 am service appt without consulting me...the attitude was they didn't want to be bothered. Am at a Buick dealer as we speak...Diagnostics will cost me 175.00 plus whatever is wrong if anything.

Didn't rotate my tires when asked to get them done
Drove my 2014 ford expedition to them Tuesday morning, explained what was going on. They looked at it the same day, and more the next day. Fixed it and it is done, ready for pick-up Thursday. Three day serves and fixed, can't beat that now days.

Hello…So I recently purchased a 2023 Ford F-150 XLT from Randy… I walk in around 4:30pm after leaving other dealerships being frustrated and getting lowed ball on my Vehicle…I told Randy what I wanted and what was happening… after 10min Chad the GM and Randy offered me to get out of my Loan and some… They treated me like a valuable customer… I drove away happy like it was the first time purchasing a vehicle… The next day some issues arose with one of the tires being shot and not matching the rest and a panel being broken… So ...
The process of setting up my appointment couldn't be done online. There isn't an option for 1) mobile service, or 2) safety recalls. It would be nice to be able to set up a mobile appointment, whether using the Ford Pass app or the dealer web site. The at home appointment went off without a hitch. Austin was very accommodating in help keep my dog from getting excited during his visit. The only negative point was that he removed my Android adapter to access the USB 3.0 port. However, he didn't plug the adapter back in, leaving me frustrated as ...
